FROM LONG ISLAND: Belt Parkway West to Exit 13 (Rockaway Parkway). At first traffic light turn right onto Rockaway Parkway. (*) Follow Rockaway Parkway straight to Avenue N and turn left. Go straight down Avenue N and bear right onto Paerdegat 13th Street. The Paerdegat Athletic Club is straight ahead.
FROM NEW YORK CITY: Belt Parkway East to Exit 13 (Rockaway Parkway). Follow directions from (*) above.
FROM NEW JERSEY: Verrazano Bridge to Belt Parkway East to Exit 13 (Rockaway Parkway). Follow directions from (*) above.

ON TRACK SPORTS CENTER, 29 South Depot Plaza, Tarrytown, New York, 10591-3665
FROM: 287/87 West: Exit on Rt. 119 make a left, turn right onto Rt. 9, take Rt. 9 to Main Street (Tarrytown) make a left, at the bottom of the hill make a left turn onto Depot Plaza, than make a right turn on to South Depot Plaza.
FROM: Saw Mill Parkway North or South: Exit onto Rt. 119 west, turn right onto Rt. 9, take Rt. 9 to Main Street (Tarrytown) make a left, at the bottom of the hill make a left turn onto Depot Plaza, than make a right turn on to South Depot Plaza.
FROM: Metro North, Hudson Line Get of at the Tarrytown stop. The faculty is on the west side of the tracks, and is the first building along the tracks to the south.
